Note:

1. If you have a USB-A to Lightning or USB-A to MagSafe cable connected to the USB-A port, please disconnect and then reconnect the cable before charging.

2. The maximum output of the USB-C port is 20W while the USB-A port is 18W. When you use the USB-A port and the USB-C port at the same time, they will share 20W.

3. The USB-A port does not support Quick Charge 3.0. Devices equipped with Quick Charge, such as the Galaxy series, will charge at regular speed.

4. The USB ports of this product are not compatible with laptops.

5. When you unplug a device from the USB-A to USB-C port, the product will briefly pause and then resume charging on the other port without affecting regular use.
