Ortiz white tuna is pole and line caught in summertime and prepared using a very fine Spanish olive oil. The result is an exquisite product with a soft texture and flavor.
Ortiz Sardines are freshly prepared according to an old French recipe that dates back to 1824 and hand packed in a high quality olive oil.
Based on a classic Spanish dish, these fire-roasted piquillo peppers stuffed with tuna are great for tapas or even a quick meal. Only natural ingredients with no preservatives are used to bring out of the flavors of this exceptional product.
