The plug is designed to cut off electric current to the fan if it detects a potentially hazardous electrical fault in the fan’s motor or power supply.

Multi-Function Remote Control

This pedestal fan comes with a multi-function remote control. The remote control will operate all of the fan functions from a distance. Plus, there is storage for the remote on the back of the fan so it won't get lost. For convenience, two AAA Duracell® batteries are included.
