If the item you would like to return is not included in our list of exceptions please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if you are eligible to return the item for a refund.
Is there a time limit for returning an item?
We are pleased to offer what we believe is one of the best return policies in the industry. All returns are reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis. Some returns will be authorized/refused at the discretion of a manager.
Can I return an item without a receipt?
Merchandise without a receipt may be returned if the item can be verified as a ShopEZ USA product, and/or at the discretion of the warehouse manager.
How can I ensure that the item I am returning will be accepted for a refund?
If you are returning a big ticket item that requires special transportation arrangements, please contact customer service support team.
How will I be refunded for my ShopEZ USA.com order?
If the item you ordered online is picked up by one of our carriers, your refund will be issued back through the same method of payment used for your order. If you choose to return the item to the warehouse, our warehouse team will refund you at their discretion. Depending on your reason for returning the item and other factors, the shipping cost of returning the item may be deducted from your total refund amount.
How can I return an item purchased in a ShopEZ USA warehouse?
With few exceptions, ShopEZ USA has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Simply reach out to our customer support team and they will be happy to help you arrange your return.
Do I need to return my order with the original packaging?
The original packaging is required to be intact in order for an item to be returned.
Who will pay for the shipping cost when I return my order?
Depending on the reason for your return, the return shipping fees may be subtracted from your total refund amount.
